They have been hand painted with acrylic paints using grays, silver, blues, and white acrylic paints. After 2 coats of resin they are smooth, shiny and protected. Coasters can take up to two months to make. This is due to the drying process of the paint, and the resin. I like to be extra sure they are properly dried and cured before they leave my studio. They certainly are worth the effort. This
