La Luna Mezcal Tequiliana 750 White chamomile and briocheMade from 100% Michocan grown Weber Blue Agave. Cooked in ground for 168 hours, rested post cook for 144 hours, crushed with mallets and axes, fermented for 288 hours in pinewood vats before being double distilled in a copper caso and pinewood still and bottled at proof. Notes of Sweet Cream, Wet Hay, Pears w bright minerality.
