It is very rare to find a dress from this time period and I am very pleased to have this one as it is really exceptional

The silk chiffon top overlay is attached at the shoulders and has a long jersey sash that wraps and ties as you wish to style it

It has a flap that closes over the bag and an attached heavy gold toned push button clasp closure

I have been unable to find out more about its origins

I love the contrast of the very structured jacket with the softness of the dress underneath
