It really is an insanely fabulous fabric and oft over looked. This is a beautiful gown that has its original velvet belt with a silk tie. I love that you can wear the belt with the ties at the front or the back. The skirt of the gown has unexpected volume. This is created by a large, soft pleat in the front for extra volume on the lower half of the skirt.
