The skirt has the perfect amount of fullness that allows you wear it with or without a crinoline and not be too overwhelmed by volume

It has its original tie belt that can add a little definition to the waist

Just under the bust: 15" flat across the back from side seam to side seam

There is a small streak of faded rust mark near the arm - please super size the photo to see - and a tiny smudge of the same on the other side on the back -ÔøΩ they may come out with additional soaking as they lightened substantially the first round of cleaning - I do not feel they detract and it is priced accordingly
