It is entirely made of a weave of ribbon and what feels like a raffia

They are actually fabric that is edged so finely and placed into the black that you don't realize they are a separate piece of fabric till you see the back

The sleeves are just past the elbow and have that same knife pleated treatment to them

I have had one of the originals in the shop in the past (see it here) and I could not resist this little version even though I normally do not buy the later pieces. However the pretty color and good quality construction made me make an exception for this. This is based on one of his most iconic designs that features a round cut out at the neck and a great little shift shape
