It is the perfect pop of color and it even has a matching belt with it that makes it so versatile. It is made of a rich silk moire fabric in a beautiful shade of blue. The inside is also finished in silk but here he has contrasted that lovely blue with a shocking splash of lime green. It is cut boxy and squared off and meant to sit just at the waist. The shoulders are strong but not overbearing and there
