2019 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Bruno Clavelier, Burgundy spirit with little sign of theJust racked to tank out of older barrels. 9 barrels across a hectare. One plot is old vines, mostly pinot with some gamay co planted. The other plot is all pinot from the 1920s. Brilliant bright pink purple with a very seductive fresh nose, quite lean in a soft raspberry style, less acidity at the back than sometimes.
